A launchpad
that runs backwards.

Everywhere else the coin comes first and the buyers race for it. Here the buyers come first. The coin is made last, in the same transaction that buys it, at one price for everyone.

    01How a round works

    Thirty minutes. One transaction.

While a round is open there is no coin. Nothing to buy early, nothing to snipe, no address to front-run. The coin only exists once the queue is in.

    02One price

The first lamport and the last pay the same.

On a normal launch the price climbs with every buy, so whoever is fastest pays least. On launchdap the whole queue is one buy, split by what each wallet put in.

    • The contract address doesn't exist until the transaction that buys it.
    • No dev buy, no early wallets, no bundle in front of you.
    • Your tokens = your SOL ÷ the queue × the buy.

    04Creator fees

The creator fees come back to the queue.

The program is the coin's creator on pump.fun, so there is no dev collecting fees. They are sent back to the wallets that queued.

The 70% is split between the wallets that still hold at least half of what they got, by what each queued. Every wallet that sells out leaves a bigger share for the ones that stayed.

    07FAQ

    Questions.

Short answers. The rules fit in a tweet.

    Who makes the coin?

The launchdap program. When the clock ends it creates the coin on pump.fun and buys it with the whole queue in the same transaction. No person holds a dev wallet.

Can anyone buy before the queue?

No. While the round is open there is no coin and no contract address. The first buy is the queue's, and it happens in the transaction that creates the coin.

    What price do I get?

The same as every other wallet in the queue. The program buys once with the total, and each wallet gets tokens in proportion to the SOL it queued.

    Why 0.05 to 1 SOL?

The 1 SOL cap keeps a single wallet from owning a round. The 0.05 SOL floor keeps the queue free of dust.

What if the queue ends under 3 SOL?

The coin is never made. Every lamport goes back to the wallet it came from.

Where do the creator fees go?

Back to the queue. 70% goes to the wallets still holding at least half of the tokens they got from the round, split by what each queued. The other 30% goes to launchdap.

When do I get my tokens?

Right after the buy, to the same wallet you queued from. You don't need to claim anything.

    What is $DAP?

launchdap's own coin, on pump.fun. Its contract address is posted here and on @Launchdapfun at launch.
